Noisy when cleaning staff vacuum and talk outside at 8am, if you sleep late.

The location and space was great.

The manages really aren’t hands on. I had an issue about WIFi and they couldn’t help me or care enough to come and sort it out. Then when I was checkout I need assistance with my luggage a d they told me they can’t help me. Instead sent me a link to another service provider. In a very professional way they told me that they’re considered about my luggage post check out.

Excellent location, spacious flat, great views of Cape Town. Well equipped kitchen with high end appliances including Nespresso coffee machine. Comfortable leisure area. Large balcony with extensive furniture and gas barbeque. Secure parking in designated space. Nice modern decor with industrial chic vibe.

Supplied WiFi code was incorrect and it took two days to have the correct code provided. Kitchen tap was loose and 'flopping' about, although it was still functional. Toilet seat had loose hinge on one side. Both these problems were highlighted via WhatsApp communication but had not been rectified by the time we left. Aircon control unit had only one battery and was thus non functional.

Beautiful views of the city, well located and close to various shops, restaurants, bars etc. Building has good amenities - secure parking, a gym, a pool and deck with magnificent views. The apartment is well sized for one person or a couple, and has a nice balcony with a gas braai.

Decor could be better, particularly the art on the walls. Bed was not comfortable and I would expect 4 pillows. Kitchen could be better stocked, with more crockery. Communication with host needs drastic improvements, particularly in regards to scheduling cleaning.
