Guest/s, THINK TWICE! This was, without question, the most disappointing accommodation experience I have ever had. I am a long-time and frequent user of Booking.com and have stayed at numerous properties through this app, but this ZSL Elegant Condo Unit was an absolute disaster. We arrived around 10:00 PM after battling heavy traffic and traveling all day to Cagayan de Oro City, only to be denied entry to the condo we had already booked. The caretaker was not even present and refused to give us the keys because the host had provided a guest list from Agoda, which they clearly acknowledged was not associated with this unit. They already knew we were the guests but still won’t let us in. After a long day of flights and travel, being left stranded late at night was incredibly stressful and completely unacceptable. There was zero coordination between the host and the caretaker and absolutely no concern for their guests. What should have been a place to rest turned into a nightmare. I strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this unit-or better yet, choose another property.

I have been a Genius Level 3 member on Booking.com for 10 years, and this is the first time a host has asked us for a late check-in because the previous occupants were holding a meeting. We agreed, even though we were looking forward to checking in at 2:00 PM after traveling for five hours. ​When we were about to check in at 4:00 PM, they informed us there was a leak in the grease trap and that we would have to use a basin when using the kitchen. I was very disappointed. We were then transferred to a different room that could only accommodate three people, even though I booked for four adults and one child. Two of us were using towels as blankets because there were only two blankets available.

We had a great stay at this condo. It’s very basic but tidy and comfortable — exactly what we needed for a short trip. The water pressure on the 17th floor was decent, and the location is perfect — just across All Home in the Limketkai area. The place is quiet and convenient. Parking costs ₱350 per night, which is reasonable for the area. Special mention to Evelyn — she has such a warm and accommodating personality that made our stay even better! Truly worth the price.

The following reviews of other guests are true: - Not two rooms but like a hotel only (it’s a trick by the host to entice client) - Wrecked Sofa - Damage round table - No comfortable shower - Unserviceable rice cooker (wasted our rice) - No washing machines - No parking area (you will end up fighting for it) - Be sure to stock water because of sudden stoppage of water supply.
