The room was spacious. There's night market downstairs, laundry, restaurants, convenience store, which is very convenient for us. The room is clean and the host provide a small table with all the cutleries.
Maybe the TV channel can have English or Malay as well, for the children sake ;) Going to the parking inside the building is a bit jam if you going to check in after 5pm cause the night market is already set up. And parking outside is depends on your luck.

Location...EXCELLENT! The train station is two minutes from the apartment. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, food shops, markets, and outdoor night market (directly in front of the apt. building, etc. Not in the city center BUT not too far. Sabah State Library and Tanjung Beach are within walking distance.

Host prepares complete facilities like toilet slippers, water heater, dryer, iron, etc. It’s cozy and suitable for family stays. Pretty cheap as well for 2 double beds room.
Host needs to make sure the housekeeper change bedsheets after every costumer. There was like a blood stain on one of the bedsheet/blanket.
