Superb Location & Chic Suite w' 2Bedroom

My husband, three children (13,11,6), and I absolutely loved our stay in this lovely apartment. It was clean and comfortable and the location could not have been better. There is a major transportation hub (Deak Ferenc Ter) right around the corner, where trolleys, buses, and the metro all converge. Elizabeth Square is essentially across the street and St. Stephen’s is another block away. There are restaurants and convenience/grocery stores everywhere. Mia Valentina is right downstairs and was the perfect spot for a quick pizza after a long day of exploring. Our host was considerate and helpful—we had a small issue accessing the apartment our first day but he resolved it immediately and we had no further issues. A nice detail that I had not noticed in the listing is that there is a second tiny powder room in addition to the full bathroom.

The flat itself is spacious, refurbished, in a very good location. Beds were comfortable.

I was not impressed with the cockroaches, the stained carpet, the thick layer of dust and dirt behind the furnitures, the broken toilet seat, the broken window handle that was left in my hand when I tried to open the window, the cheapest possible amenities like toilet paper and coffee and towels, still I could overlook these things but not the mansplaining. I contacted the owner twice that the TV is not working only to be told to connect to the WiFi on a 10 years old (not smart) TV that doesn't even have a WLAN port not to mention WiFi. No real support or solution was offered. You can clearly see that someone already commented it 2 weeks before me that the TV is not working, so it is still not fixed. The cleaner tried to enter the flat 40 minutes before the checkout time so we felt rushed to leave. Over all it was super disappointing. Such a shame that a beautiful apartment in a wonderful location is ruined by carelessness.

Location was fantastic. Apartment was clean and had plenty of room. Great area to start your day off in the city.

TV didn’t work and needed proper pillows for the bed.

Perfect area, parking near, large rooms, ideal for big families, acceptable price for the property.
