Clean but not what we paid for

We were put in a 2nd floor room with no balcony, no strip view and of course no high floor. We asked and weren’t given any kind of credit or refund. Very upset and disappointed that booking allows their members to falsely advertise rooms. Balconies are hard to find in Vegas and I paid a lot for this place to have a balcony and they acted like it was no big deal to move us and not compensate us. Will NEVER stay again

This was our first time staying at this location, and we loved staying here! This room is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and clean! The spa tub was amazing and was the perfect way for us to relax and unwind after our long drive. The lighting is amazing, and you are able to adjust it in each room. The balcony was very large and had the most beautiful views of the strip and the many surrounding pools. The kitchen was fully stocked, so we were able to make a delicious meal of our own. Hotel staff seemed happy and were so friendly and attentive with everything. I will definitely be booking again for a longer stay. Staying here was just what we needed.

A cleaning fee of $139 was ADDED to the room rate! This was not announced in early communications. We are a 78 year old couple staying 1 nite in Vegas to just experience it. We will not travel again if this is what booking companies will do. The hotel said they could not remove it as that is the scheme of booking companies. We have learned a hard and sad lesson.

Location was good

First they kept us waiting for check in as it was not showing on their system and they couldn’t resolve any issue kept on saying to contact the third party “booking.com” and shockingly even for housekeeping upon calling the reception they told me to contact booking.com ? Is this even normal ?

Don’t ever book this Lucky Gem Luxury. Nightmare experience. I booked the day before, and they took the money in my credit card. I couldn’t check in, bc the front desk didn’t see my reservation. Booking customer service and I Tried to call and messages to the property so many times and no respond at all. If you booked this hotel, please make sure call the front desk to confirm that they see your reservation before your trip.

Everything

Beautiful, owner is available and welcoming over the phone. Everything is set for your arrival. View is gorgeous. Marriott blocks the fountains but the view is peaceful and relaxing.

Stated 6400+ sqft which I was definitely skeptical about and it was prob 640sqft but that was plenty of space. I can’t even say it’s something we didn’t like because we kind of knew there was no was it was 6400sqft. The room has more than you need and plenty of space.
