MONKÓ LOVELY, QUIET & CENTER SEA VIEWS o

It was right in the middle of everything. The view was amazing. A short walk to all amenities.

The freezer door would close. Too much ice in it. Needed defrosting. No kettle.

Not really quiet though because the apartment is in a building that sits eight floors above the bus station in Torremolinos.

Great location, very nice and clean building, absolutely amazing view. The apartment was clean and full equipped. The bed was so comfortable!!!Great communication with super professional and friendly staff. Deposit back within 10 days. Even that the department had some traces of use, some items are slightly damaged, the staff knew exactly what already was wrong.

Location right by the bus station and close to shops and bars was ideal.

Communication before key pickup. I didn't get a message with the exact location of the property. I'd asked for a specific arrival time and that wasn't acknowledged. The property was difficult to find. Having the name of the building and not just a number would have made things easier.

Great central location. Check in was easy and earlier. The guy, who gave the keys, was pleasant.

Apartement was old, deformed, as well as the house, where it was located. Lot of cockroaches in the bathroom, kitchen, even in the drawer of the nightstand next to the bed! I started my mornings and finish evenings with killing cocroaches, every time 5-7 pieces, it was disgusting! I paid for 04.-30.nov 2023(nonrefundable), My vacation was ruined. I left from this apartment 9.nov (spend there 5 nights), finished my vacation, changed flight ticket and went back home. I didn,t have money to pay for a stay somewhere else. It was very bad experience. I learned a good lesson. My mistake, that I didn,t read correctly all rewiews before I paid for this apartement.

Central apartment in Torremolinos which was nicely furnished. Internet was not working but was repaired on the 2nd day of our stay.

Customer service from management company terrible. The rep was 30 minutes late to allow us to gain entry to the apartment. No saucepans for cooking or ironing board and 8 days after leaving I'm still waiting for my €200 Euro deposit to be returned even though the apartment was left in same condition as found. The company do not answer messages and their customer service is terrible despite what they say on their website. I have contacted booking.com and my bank now to get the money back. I would not use this accommodation agency again!

The location and the price

The abundance of cockroaches especially in the bathroom. The bed tightly squeezed into a corner - not a separate room The €200 security deposit debited to our credit card on arrival. We checked out on June 2nd and today June 17th the money has not been refunded. Two messages sent to the hosts but no response.
