Five10 Orange Street Hotel - Hot Springs

My experience at the hotel was disappointing due to serious security concerns. This morning, a man attempted to enter one of the rooms, and the guest had to call the police. When the police arrived, they stated they were unable to take any action because there are no security cameras on the property. Although the electronic lock system should provide safety, it appears that someone may have unauthorized access, which is very concerning. The situation is made worse by the fact that there is no front desk or staff on-site—only access through passwords—making the environment feel unsafe. On a positive note, the room itself is very good and exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality. However, due to the lack of security, my overall experience was negatively impacted. For this reason, I would not stay here again.

Location within walking distance of downtown bathhouse row. Good beer and pizza at SQXBX a couple of blocks away. Had a nice bathroom. Plenty of on street parking.

Room was much smaller than web site photos suggested. Very spartan with one small window. No place to put luggage. AC very loud.

Clean, good location in a cool town, responsive host.

Heat didn’t work. Coffee maker didnt work.

The room was so clean and very nice.

That some of the guest were a little loud during client hours at the night time.

Convenient to town, but far enough out of town and the hubbub

Shower curtain inside curtain was moldy probably due to being wet and not allowed to dry

Everything was great!!

Wish there was a place to sit, other than the bed.
