Stunning Condo #2 - Downtown River North

Very spacious. Could sleep 12 in the three bedrooms but our group of three enjoyed spreading out. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the Gold Coast we enjoyed being a mile from the touristy Michigan Ave. A variety of restaurants in walking distance. It is very close to the L.

Parking is very tight. Our Toyota Highlander just fit in the garage. That said we were grateful for secure parking in a locked garage!

We were three life long friends meeting in Chicago all celebrating our birthdays (60 years old!) and when planning this trip, it seemed we wouldn't be able to afford it. Although we love being together, we each wanted our own bedrooms -- hotels were unaffordable for three nights for three rooms. This apartment was ideal for the price. We could all be together, but sleep in our own beds; plus we had two full bathrooms, a full kitchen and parking included! I liked the layout of the apartment. The apartment has fantastic lighting, all appliances, full kitchen made our stay very comfortable. We loved that it had not only a balcony, but a deck also. Lots of natural light. When reading other reviews, it looked like some folks had trouble with entry codes so I was concerned; however, we had no trouble at all. The location of this building is really ideal; close to downtown, but not far from attractions to the north. The host was super responsive! Immediately answered any questions prior to our stay. Building codes and rules were sent right on time. Also I had texted that the balcony door handle/lock was a little loose. The host offered to arrange to have it repaired immediately.

Parking spot in the garage was a little narrow, but parking was included in the price and the garage was secure. I would have liked bigger towels after showering, but there was many towels, so it worked out fine. These are "nitpicky" things. Overall our stay was fantastic and comfortable. The only thing that could have improved this trip would be to have had better weather. During our entire stay, the highs were only mid-50s and raining in mid-May -- cold!

Couch was broken- making living room space very limited with 6 people. Curtains in bedroom didn't cover the windows, making use wake every day at 630 am unfortunately Too many numbers to try to remember. No TVs in any rooms.

Loved everything. Great location and great value overall!!! Will definitely recommend this to friends and family.

There were loud bangs coming from the room above us every now and then, nothing too crazy though.

Clean, quiet place, spacious, close to downtown.

The mattress makes a lot of noise, it may wake up other people if you make a move. Also you may experience the noise from people upstairs.

Loved the space, area, distance to downtown, parking available (one car per unit), cleanliness, and the quick response when needed from the host. Everything was provided that should have been. Will definitely stay again!

Small parking area for SUVs, extremely thin pillows and walls. Expensive parking is near the condo. It is hard to walk to the cheaper parking areas when traveling with young children (family of ten).
