Nothing I cancelled it as I arrived.

It was not easy to find the place, the address shown on booking.com was different, and after I called I received a different address on my WhatsApp I went to the other address still then somebody made me walk to the place, I had to walk 3 floors with luggage, there was no lift. I cancelled it, I wanted to refund my money Booking.com did not respond to me, I always used Booking.com I never had this problem.
