Beach Appartment close to Marina 105 sqm

Amazing location clean property.

It is very clean and cool. The air conditioning adequately served the whole house. You can go out to the business of the city centre and return to the peace and quiet of the apartment.

For some reason I can’t explain, the address or location was recognised on any GPS app.

So clean and got everything needed for a week stay . Host is so responsive.

Staff can be more pleasant but he was ok . Would be better if the City tax is included in the price because it was a bit awkward paying it . Services charges was a bit high. For the total price I could have hired a city centre hotel apartment but didn’t realise till i already booked it .

The Apartment was great. Very large, Lots of space. And very clean. Great WiFi. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk up the road which is very handy. Got everything you need. I'm a walker so I enjoyed walking down through the local town to the beach but it may be a struggle if your not a walker... But it has great parking as well if you have a car. Would definitely recommend this apartment. Great value and area.

I couldn't have cared less but the water pressure was not good for a shower. If you care about that it will annoy you. They where doing local work with the pipes though so that may have been the issue.

The property is new, spacious and clean.

The bathroom is congested. The water runs very slow in the shower and it takes longer to take shower. No cleaning during our stay. No shower gels/ soaps. There was only 1 toilet roll for 5 nights/6 days. 2 bedrooms but only 1 with wardrobe. The other room had 2 bunk beds but no wardrobe to put clothes away. The room with wardrobe had only 3 hangers. Hassan was very helpful and good. The apartment is not fully equipped. It still needs tiny bits and bobs. Overall the experience was good. The apartment is in a local area. There is a nice cafe (La Racine) who does nice panini’s, sandwiches has good wi-fi. The Moroccan people are very nice and helpful.

There were spiders everywhere, I was told it was near the beach (15 min walk ) but In reality I had to take a taxi to get there . The kitchen is outside of the house . The apartment was divided the room in one side and the kitchen in one side and same with the bathroom .

Well maintained

Beautiful, well equipped apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Small grocers and a local fruit and veg and fish market all close by. Good bus service into the city and beach. Nice sunny balcony. Really enjoyed our comfortable stay.

We were a little disappointed that the balcony was not a 'terrace' so too small to sit out comfortably to sunbathe but it was nice to eat out there. Everything else was brilliant.

Apartments is new, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, large rooms with a small functional balcony that we used every day for breakfast. There are many restaurants close by and well worth visiting definitely la Racine, salsa Rosa, green food box and delice to name a few. Local people are lovely and very welcoming. Shop 50m for water and any requirements, daily market 5 mins walk, local bus 5 mins.
