Summit 808 - Luxury Beach Resort Condo

Being directly on the beach front, pools, hot tub, gym, very convenient location & balcony with ocean view.

At the time of our stay laundromat was closed.

It was close to the beach and people were very nice

They were doing g upgrades and you could here in the room but I understand upgrades have to be done at the same time

is super good beach so close and has everything you need is there

super comfy security all the times customer service excellent and answer right away offered discount. to us love it there are awesome thanks .

The room was very clean, and smelled even cleaner!

The room did not display the mirrors on the wall as pictured, which is what I would've loved.

The view was great along with the staff! Very clean and very nice decor.

The bed wasn’t the comfiest but also wasn’t terrible.

The condo was amazing aside from the air conditioner being extremely loud when it kicked on. Everything was clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. All resort areas were kept very clean and orderly.

The staff was very inconsistent. You had no idea when the office was going to open or close and they seemed to have different hours every day. On 3 out of the 4 days that we were there, there was no beach attendant to be found to rent chairs from, so we just sat down. Then on 1 day out of the 4, someone drove up and asked about our name and room number and asked if we wanted to rent chairs. We said "no thanks" (there were only about 2 hours until they would pack up the chairs that day) and started putting our things back in our bags and he responded "Well then you can pack up your things and head on out then". It's really not about paying for chairs, but about being caught off guard because there was no one asking for payment any other day.

We love the Summit and Bikini Bob's. 808 is so very nice. Loved all the nice pillows and blankets! Nice frig and range. Daniel was awesome...so very helpful and accommodating.

I liked how close is it to the beach

The property is fine I had no problem with that I didn’t like it was misunderstanding when I booked the room it shows 2 set of bunk beds so it’s means 4 beds but when I came I only saw one set and the other for the beach chairs and sunshade you just need to be more clear about it. Because when you say beach chairs and sunshade it mean’s chairs in the front of the beach
