Everything

Staff wasn't fully prepared of our arrival and we weren't informed about formalities that needed to done on arrival like filing forms.. These things should be informed to people prior to arrival and not on arrival because people will come tired and been asked to wait or fill forms at that stage uninformed is not fair..
