Floor can feel sticky need cleaning

The agent provided excellent service professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, the hospitality from the host was commendable.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was badly affected by the cleaner, Intan, whose behaviour was completely unacceptable. She was extremely rude and disrespectful by knocking on our door harshly, entering the house without permission or introducing herself, and speaking in a very impolite manner. Her attitude caused unnecessary misunderstanding between me and the host, making the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. What shocked me the most was when she openly mentioned that during times when no guests are staying, she brings her granddaughter to swim in the pool. This is highly unprofessional, unethical, and shows a total lack of boundaries. I strongly urge the host to take serious action and replace this cleaner immediately. She is clearly not suitable to work in a hospitality setting and has completely tarnished what could have been a wonderful stay. I would not want any future guest to go through the same disappointing experience.

Everything you need is provided in this property including cutlery, plates and cooking wear and utensils. You just need to bring in food and charcoal if you want to smoke some barbeque. It's 5min ride from the nearest beach and walking distance from shops.
