Quiet and relaxing location near the beach. Gorgeous view of the ocean!

Vagrants on the beach made it feel unwelcoming/unsafe and the guard asking if he should leave the water “on” was strange but nice staff. It would be nice to have some few brew/coffee available and perhaps some soap and shampoo. Just remember to bring your own. Other than these things, I would not hesitate returning to this nice condo on the 10th floor.
