A great location, just a short walk from the old centre of town. Large enough to accommodate a couch and dining area with room to stretch out. Nice and clean and super modern the apartment made for a great stay The staff were great and easy to communicate with.

Quite noisy ventilation and boiler

Nice small, clean and modern apartment in a lovely area of the city. On the ground floor so extremely accessible. Comfy bed and the space is ideal for couples or solo travellers. Lots of really nice bars and restaurants in the vicinity and the nearby market is brilliant.

Access is via an app that you have to download prior to arrival. The code is only available if you have completed a contract and signed it. After that you use the app for locking and unlocking the front door - I suppose a simple key would be too easy!! It's really tiresome. Don't lose your phone. The host does not offer toiletries. Therefore, there is no toilet paper or shower gel, etc. There are two dispensers in the shower cubicle but both are empty.

Great location, in a lovely area with multiple bars, restaurants etc. and if you like vintage clothing, plenty of shops to browse. There is a large street market on the Monday we were leaving. The apartment is newly setup and everything is in excellent condition. The automated locks work very well making arrival and departure very simple. The hosts respond to any messages very promptly.

The entrance is ground floor, directly from the street and given the area, you should expect some noise into the early hours. Which is fine, as the location is a major reason for taking the place.

You'll be able to observe the life of Valencians right at your doorstep. The apartments are clean, freshly renovated, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Any questions that arose were promptly addressed by the owner, Amudina. She is very knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly, always ready to help.
