Everything. The basic things was not there. No toilet roll, no heating working in the main double room. The caravan was freezing we had to sleep on the floor in the front room area next to the fire. They would not send anyone to check at the heating issues until next morning and wasn’t bringing toilet roll until the next morning. We had to pay for somewhere else in the end as we couldn’t stay there any longer the basics was not met. No refund no sympathy for the awful experience with our young children . No tea/coffee sachets like everywhere else we have ever stayed. Very rude aswell. Awful place really we usually stay in many places and this so far is the worst.

Caravan was dirty stained carpets and mattresses pull out bed had blood stains was tablets on the side be careful of booking because they will not give bond back and say you have stained the carpets and stuff when it was already like that
