"Location perfect, caravan clean and spacious but the small bedrooms no good for adults"

Had to wait until after checking in time as code for box wasn’t given to us due to cleaner not letting the owners know she had finished . Also had to keep chasing for deposit back and then it was sent to someone else’s account which meant another wait, which could have been an issue if waiting in the money

Lovely caravan, Spacious and clean. Close to reception, club House & pool. Fantastic facilities on site. Easy to travel to Paignton, Torquay & Brixham. Had a fantastic family holiday, looking forward to next Yr. .

"We had a good stay, nice caravan but could have been a little cleaner."

The view from the caravan and the facilities on the site.

I had to clean the fridge out before I could use it as it had crumbs over it from previous guests. Rubbish under beds from previous guests.
