The Palm B4, The Kove, Bournemouth Beach

Location was great and had everything needed. Great for family for one night. Towels and sheets were fresh and clean.

Tv didn't work no signal. Funky smell in corridor but not actually in accommodation.

Stated WiFi availability as I needed this to do work while I was away but there was none so I had to travel to be able to get online elsewhere

There is enough room for a family of 5 as there is double bed bunk beds, space to move about tv did work for us it’s kinda cute

We only got 2 towels which isn’t a massive thing for us as we bring our own, there is a gap under the door we just put the pillows there and shower and toilet is tiny but it wasn’t a huge problem, can hear others around but yet again we ain’t too fussed for that as it was just somewhere to sleep for us

It was lovely and cosy for a first time get away with our children combined. Room was clean and just what we needed.

The only downside was the fact you could hear everyone else around you when they came in and left .

The location was good, it was clean & had everything you needed in the apartment.

We couldn't work the padlock codes, the bathroom door didn't close properly & the TV WiFi was very hit & miss.

The bunk beds, they were cool

It was dirty, stains all over the sofa, the shower was behind the bathroom door and you could actually sit on the toilet and shower cause you had to sit sideways to use the toilet. The bathroom got soaked and everything in it.

The decor was lovely, perfect location, great concept , easy to find and good information handed over prior to arrival

First of all the parking.. there are bollards with padlocks and you are given the codes to unlock.. except a few of them do not work! The next issue was that I had requested a cot upon booking and there wasn't one, when calling the contact number given there was no answer - not ideal when you cant let your infant sleep safely! The bathroom was so small the shower head poured straight down onto the toilet, the door didn't close which kept the sensor light flicking on and off continuously.. the bathroom flooded after a 5minute shower leaking out into the room. There was quite a few stains on the sofa , I didn't dare.look at the matress!

Stayed in this property for a little lads weekend away. The service from one of the owners was absolutely amazing… called me the day before our arrival to give me all the information I needed and it was very well set out to help a male brain understand. The room was perfect for 4 decent sized men with lots of room to enjoy our stay. I will 100% be going back at a later date

The lady running the room we stayed in qas amazing very friendly and talkative

The door was broken so wouldn't close, when told about it the lady was getting someone to do it

Never had to strip bed before leaving so.were but no hardship
