MYMYThe check-in process is fast. The location is good as convenient to anywhere. The facilities of the place is good as it is next to the beach with a big swimming pool. The view is perfect as we can see the whole place from the top. The room is super clean.
The toilet is very old. Kitchen does not have enough utensils (only have 2 spoons and no forks, pan, etc.) even though it is clear in the booking of how many people shall stay. It is likely a low investment owner of the unit.

1) Bad smell at kitchen upon arrival. 2) Microwave wasn’t functioning. 3) Slow water pressure for shower. 4) Swimming pools were so crowded. 5) The rate shows were excluding cleaning fee for RM100++. Read carefully before confirming the booking. 6) There will be refundable deposits required to be paid before check-in (not mentioned in Booking.com but only being informed via Wassap). The refund received 11 hours after checked-out. 7) Check-in time standard at 3pm but check-out time is too early at 11am and will be charged RM50 for every half an hour late (not mentioned in Booking.com but only being informed via Wassap).

The place was not prepared for large groups. Not enough blankets and towels per person. Cutleries and dishes wasn't enough. The provides stove to cook was not working correctly and was incomplete The fan in the small room was not working. Host not responding
MYMYThe sea view from the room was so relaxing... The hall was big... All the facilities function well..
- the toilet/ bathroom to old maybe. (Need to renovate) - The water supply was very slow. - No body come to collect and clear the rubbish. (At least daily)
