The location is stunning with amazing views. The size of the property is perfect for our party size. The woodburner was great, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The owner Gary was also really accommodating with all my questions and came back to me quickly each time. He was also able to let us check out a little later than normal due to it being New Years Day and we were a little tired.

There was bad condensation on all the windows which has caused some mould to develop and the property could do with some work to refresh it, however this didn't affect our time.

- It was filthy, as in mould and dirt in the kitchen. - There was a bat in the lounge, hardly ideal. - Parking is fine but getting in and out of the drive was tricky as no turning circle really. Would we stay again? No. Would we recommend? No Was it overpriced? Yes. In a nutshell, the house felt unloved, unkept and dirty. I hope that it gets the very deep clean it needs and some care and attention before it’s let again!

Location except for the very fast road that the property was located on.

Strong musty mouldy charity shop odour throughout,tired old fixtures and fittings complete with stains, including sofas propped up with planks of wood,tatty ripped up “welcome pack”,hair and animal droppings in bedding and mattresses,thick dust and dirt inside crockery cupboards and lamp fittings,urine and mould infested shower room ,resident bat inside!

Great size for a group. Plenty of bathrooms for the amount of bedrooms. Good size kitchen and living room.

It was 1.5 miles from Harlech but this was not a problem for our trip.
