The property was incredibly dirty. It was worn and really noisy. I contacted the property manager and showed pics of the dirt and broke toilets etc. they only thing they said was refining $50.00 . What an insult . The back street is really busy . A lot of loud music etc. the stairs leading to the place had trash and dirt leading up to it. I sent pictures as well. It was absolutely a terrible decision to purchase this unit!! Beware!!! The pics on the description are old. It does not look like this at all!!. Roof top furniture is in terrible shape. This is not a good place to rent!
