SoBo Studio 2 - by Brighton Holiday Lets

The flat was very modern and very clean and the toilet/shower was very good if rather small. There was a large TV (but reception was on and off) and a kettle, microwave, plates and cutlery. The bed was very comfortable. The location was very good for our purposes.

The bed-sitting room was very small and the fold-up bed, once it was down took up a large portion of the room and it required some gymnastics to get round the bed and past the table if one wanted to use the toilet during the night. Not really to be recommended for an elderly couple with limited mobility!

I stayed for 5 nights with my 7 year old son. The studio was the perfect size for 2 people. Very clean and well kept. The house staff were brilliant. Any issues they were on call 24/7. The complimentary drinks and snacks waiting for us on arrival was a lovely personal touch. I will defiantly be staying again. The location is fantastic. 5 minute walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to the supermarket. A bus ride into Brighton. We had the best holiday in this lovely studio apartment!

Although a very compact space, it was well organized, and we slept really well on the fold out. James was great on the phone with our luggage issue, and Karl, the caretaker, was friendly and helpful. A washer/ dryer and a great big double kitchen downstairs with space to hang out. I can totally recommend SOBO. Quiet neighborhood. Very secure. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a reminder to myself (and others) to read descriptions and not just look at the photos. We had so much luggage and didn't realize the bed folded, etc. Luckily, everything worked out. The staff were really accommodating. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but I believe they've been doing maintenance this past week. A really positive experience. I'm glad we stayed.
