Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool is quiet and relaxed. Although the pool is small it's more than enough for kids/adults to have a quick swim. Good location for taxi rides to pottery village, lantern making and a short walk or ride to old town.

We have stayed here many times before and we always have a lovely time. Wonderful hotel and room. Love the pool, so relaxing, as are the spa massages. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Really good breakfasts. What more can I say, except, we will be back.

The location, a d staff knew i was checking out at 4 30 am and they had to ho foods for me! Great caring gstaff.

I simply could not get the room cool with the A/C controls.

The staff were friendly, warm and extremely helpful. They provided guidance booking local activities and no request was too much. The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed the pool area.
