Walking distance to old town. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast had a great selection.

The TV was only in Vietnamese language. The technician and reception checked but were not able to change to English. Have provided feedback to hotel staff.

"Overall we loved our stay and actually enjoyed the 10 minute walk to town saying hello to the locals."

The staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. The room was great.

Every time someone closed their bedroom door it banged and kept waking us up. Perhaps something could be used around the door to prevent the bang when shutting.

"A wonderful stay in Hoi An"

Everything was excellent: the receptionists were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly; all the staff in the hotel looked professional and were all extremely polite; the massages at the spa were excellent and the spa was very clean; the pool was probably the best I have seen during my trip around Vietnam and finally the breakfast buffet was excellent

Room was spacious and modern. Staff were lovely. Location was good, only a 15 min walk into the old town. Pool was nice!

Some breakfast items were a bit cold. Nice selection though!

A wonderful hotel with excellent staff and great facilities a stone’s throw from the old city . Great breakfast buffet and a very nice pool. I also greatly enjoyed the massages at the spa. Highly recommended
