I requested for 1 more day extension 48hours before my check out. Owner had approved but the host booking.com did not approved. It was a bit disappointing because I was traveling with my 6 year old

THWe picked this property for price and location. We were a family of 4. was warm and easy to locate.
The pillows on this apartment are flat and awful. We actually went out and purchased pillows which was disappointing but necessary. Would love to have had a dryer as we were staying mid winter and it was wet during our stay. On our last night there was a huge party in the property behind ours we endured the loud music until after 3 in the morning. This was a Friday night however the rest of the week was quiet and pleasant.
