Jetsetter's 2BR Hub Between DC & Airport

Booking dot com could have refunded the entire amount paid because the damn host refused to give me the keys so I never even saw the woartment

The building and the apartment were recently reenovated and in good condition. The kitchen was very well stocked. The location is convenient to two Metro stations and daily shopping as well a mall. It was easy and fast to get to downtown DC and to Alexandria.

The apartment needs a paint job and the couch was disgusting. The bedrooms need thicker shades. Given the location on the back of the building, there was a lot of noise from the two highways and the airport.

The building was fine (great hot water and pressure) the management company was excellent (spotlessly clean, excellent communication and followup). The apartment was bright and spacious.

This furniture in the apartment was subpar and dangerous. There was a seat in the corner of the bedroom and when I sat on it, the whole chair with me in it, toppled over. See pictures below, it was missing a leg and had been propped up against the corner—being held up bybthe wall. Who keeps unstable and 2 legged furniture in their rental property? In addition, the couch in LR was missing legs—apparently the owners said this was the style of the furniture—uh no, it was broken furniture.

We had a great stay at this appartment, the location was excellent and we had plenty of room for our family of 4, would defiantly sytay again

I would definitely stay here again! The beds were so comfortable! Perfect vacation rental (or business rental) in Arlington Pentagon City.
