"Great location for visiting the centre of Liverpool, with everything within walking distance."

The location was fantastic. The staff who dealt with our WiFi issues were great.

It was hard to find as there was no number on the door or anything to indicate which was the property. It was close to a nightclub so a little noisy at times. The property wasn’t as clean as it could be. It would have been helpful to have an information book as to how things work in the property.

"Great for large groups as a bolt hole"

The house is very spacious and good for large groups.

Slightly difficult to find and not exactly just round the corner from the station. Very little communication from the host regarding keys. The floors in the house had not been mopped as we all ended up with very black feet. There was also no remote control for the TV in the kitchen dining area and there was no internet connection for the TV in the reception room so couldn't connect to YouTube or anything. No supplies even for making tea or coffee which felt very hostile.

A few finishing touches word be good. Toilet roll holder in bathroom for example but being very picky.

We have a family connection with the street. So, it was lovely to spend time as a family in the house. The overall level of the property was good. The kitchen space was great to sit and have a catch up. The bedrooms very comfortable. The hosts were really great even having the property ready earlier. You can park outside to off load your luggage and parking is available in the area.

I understand it is a listed property but having access to a toilet on the ground floor would have been great. My mum is a wheelchair user so even though we managed it wasn’t ideal. The WiFi signal was intermittent. So when people were ringing to say they had arrived we had to stand on Dale Street to get a signal.
