I have been coming to Madrid for surgery with Lipemedical. This apartment is great. It is close to physiotherapy and pretty central. There are a lot of grocery stores and restaurants that are within a short walk. They apartment has everything you will need, umbrella, ironing board, shopping cart, and washing machine. It also has elevators. This was my second time staying here.

It is close to a hospital, so there is the sound of sirens.

The apartment is very pretty and comfortable. The location is very good

2 of the chairs in the small dining table were not functional: one had the back loose and other had a loose leg. One of the bathrooms had the sink faucet totally loose. The kitchen ménage was very cheap and some appliances (like the Nespresso coffee machine) didn't work properly.

Location was great and the staff was very helpful. For the most part the description of the apartment was accurate.

The fixtures across the place are of extremely poor quality and are loose, about to break or broken.

The apartment was great. Lots of storage and bright with lots of daylight. Perfect location. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend:)

The Salamanca neighborhood is a nice location in the city. Metro and bus are very convenient. Franco met us at the apartment and was very nice, helpful. The apartment has most of what you would need to make coffee and cook something.

When we arrived Franco, who greeted us, had the windows and sliding doors open. I assumed it was to air out the place. I noticed a smell immediately so I'm sure he did as well. I didn't mention anything at the time thinking it would go away. It did not go away. I contacted Minty Stay to let them know how bad it was. I think there is a plumbing issue either in that unit or one of the units around it. We had to keep our bathroom door closed and the bathroom window open just to reduce the smell slightly. Franco mentioned that one of the remotes for the tv needed batteries and someone would bring them to us. We ended up buying batteries. And after replacing them we couldn't get either remote to work. So watching the TV was not possible. There was a button on the bottom of the TV that would turn it on but using that one button to control the volume and channels was very difficult. And be careful when showering in the main shower. If you turn the water on to strong it will back up and run all over the floor. I had to mop the floor a couple of times.

The apartment was beautiful, recently renovated, and it looks better in person than in pictures. Place was roomy and one block away from 2 metro stations, and a 30-min walk from El Retiro.

Cleanliness could be improved. Floor was dusty and bed sheets didn't smell like they had been recently changed.
