Ár-érték arányban tökéletesen megfelelő volt. Az apartmanba könnyű volt bejutni, az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, zárt parkolási lehetőség is volt (igaz plusz díj ellenében). Az apartman tiszta volt, jól felszerelt.

Nagyon vékonyak voltak a falak és az ajtók, így a többi vendég által okozott zaj zavaró volt.
