le service à la clientèle est horrible. C’est clairement un IA qui gère tout et ça ne répond pas au téléphone quand il y a un problème. L’hôte n’avait pas envoyé les codes et j’étais sans abri jusqu’à 21h avec personne de la compagnie pour aider. Aussi c’est unilingue allemand, ce qui n’est pas sérieux pour une entreprise qui possède autant d’appartements dans une ville à la frontière

Apartment is on the 4th floor and no lifts available. Layout of kitchen a bit awkward.
DEDie Betten sind bequem. Es war alles vorhanden, was man in einer Fewo braucht.
Die Couch ist durchgesessen und dreckig. Wir hatten Flecken auf dem Bettlaken das Bad war dreckig, Wasserhahn und Fugen schimmelig Die Tür des Kühlschranks war kaputt

Das Haus im ganzen mit Eingangsbereich und Treppenhaus sehr schmuddelig. Nirgends stand, dass die Wohnung im 4. Stock und ohne Balkon ist. Fenstergriff im Schlafzimmer war weg. Fenster konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Kühlschranktürverkleidung defekt. Katastrophal war die Sofa Garnitur. Komplett durchgesessen! Ausruhen war somit nur im Bett möglich. Garten mit Sauna gegenüber der stark befahrenen Straße quasi nicht nutzbar mit kleinen Kindern (4.Stock!) Wohnung mit kleinen Kindern ungeeignet!
DETolle Wohnung! Alles da was wir als Familie gebraucht haben.
