It was close to my family location wise. The house had good potential.we only have bad things to say about this house and the poor communication with its owner.

In case you dont mind staying with a super dirty house, hair that is not yours and spiderwebs and ants, this house is NOT for you. The house was very very very very dirty, it was unclean, very dusty , the pluming wasn't working well, the kitchen was unclean as well as all the utensils including the microwave. They left us half paper roll for the toilet and a quarter kitchen roll, we were 7 people so obviously not enough.. It should had at least a kettle in the kitchen and when we called the house owner they said we don't have and deal with it, also poor info for how to use the front door. Spider webs in the kitchen cabinets, ants in the cabords that we had to buy more cleaning supplies to clean ourselves. Smelly bedroom (!). In the living rooms sofa hair all around, we had to vacuum clean it before using it, and the bedsheet that was left didn't fit the sofa bed at all. Not a nice experience at all. Please beware. I wish i could upload more pictures and videos to show how unclean the house was. We left it cleaner as we cleaned it.
