location is strategic. house is clean and meet my expectation. would highly recommend if you are looking for 4 bedroom accomodation.

Centrally located, close to shops, clean and spacious apartment with swimming pools for adults and kids at rooftop.

The unit was superb, well maintained and the facilities were awesome.

The unit provided was with good view and very windy when the sliding door is open at the balcony area.

Bathroom with shower screen would be better so that water will not splash everywhere until the bathroom floor is wet all over. There is no latch inside the main entrance door as tend to forget to turn the doorknob to lock the door from inside the unit. Air conditioner difficult to operate as no instruction to off it. No fan inside the bedroom (except for master bedroom) as may not want to on the air-conditioner at night if too cold.

The pool! The space we had. The towels available. All equipment worked. The washing machine. Active and quick responses from the management. The availability of a 1st aid kit.

The bad, lingering smell of durians in the fridge lasted throughout the stay. The smell was on the foods we stored in there. Even the freezer was infected. The fridge unit could have been refreshed before our arrival. One of the rules sent to us was “no durians”, which was broken by previous guests. Our son was cut on the sofa. A metallic (spring?) object was protruding out. The management was quick to respond with suggestion of a 1st aid kit in the kitchen. A blanket that was on the sofa was used to make the sofa safer. Bathroom taps could be a bit cleaner. There was some dirt and light mould around them.
