Villa Nirya - Unique Trulli Resort & SPA

The wonderful place and privacy, comfortable beds

Despite the villa being in a truly beautiful location and called “Relax and Spa,” it was one of the most traumatic experiences I have ever had while on vacation. We felt as if we were in a prison. The host had posted numerous rules, and they differed from those displayed on the walls and the ones she sent us. It was extremely difficult to find the keys and gain access to the property, which was only allowed after 6 PM. Due to unclear instructions, it was also confusing how to check out and how to dispose of the trash. There were constant threats of additional fees. Getting the deposit back was very difficult – we practically had to beg for it. Even now, five days after the vacation, I still feel tense. This was a ruined holiday due to the host’s completely arrogant and rude communication and behavior.

La villa é fantastica, dotata di ogni comfort possibile. Partendo dal giardino dove è presente barbeque, forno a legna con legna disponibile, tavoli con sedute,parco giochi per bambini, Ping pong e piscina quando disponibile. Ogni camera all interno di un trullo indipendente é fornita di phon dyson e condizionatore oltre al termosifone. Forniti prodotti per pulire, dyson aspirapolvere, pezzette e detersivi La cucina è fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici possibili, macchinetta nespresso,lavastoviglie,pastamaker, attrezzi per fare la pizza all esterno, griglia,piastre, pentole,padelle, calici ecc. Siamo stati in inverno e la struttura era molto calda con la possibilità di impostare i termosifoni a nostro piacimento. Lavatrice e asciugatrice di ultima generazione con sapone disponibile. Self check in semplice con indicazioni mandate la mattina del check in a seguito del deposito di 200€ restituito il giorno del check out.

Il proprietario della struttura si rifiuta di rispondere al telefono sia a voce che su whatsapp,parla solo tramite messaggistica di Booking. Fortunatamente ci ha fornito il numero della donna delle pulizie che si occupa di qualsiasi problema, però il giorno del check in. Comunque non abbiamo riscontrato nessun problema.

Excellent holiday accommodation for big groups. Close to all the nice locations in Puglia.

Tutto ... la posizione ... la villa era curatissima. Aveva tutti i comfort.. ideale per famiglie numerosi o gruppi di amici...

A peaceful and quiet setting in the countryside. The kitchen and the bonus of a laundry with dryer were perfect for our needs.

Our visit seemed to be the first of the season and, as is the case with a trullo, the rooms were chilly and a bit damp. The dehumidifiers in each room helped to deal with that by the second day.

The location and trullo itself are great, it was clean and nice.

The host is very rude. We tried to contact him several times , because of an issue with the garbage disposal . He just replied to read the instructuons (PDF of 30 pages). In the end he refused to return the full deposit, because of the problem, that he could solve with one text.
