"Excellent"

Cute place.perfect location.very clean.

We got there after dark for check in..road is dark.hard yo find the numbers on house..we had to go out back to unlock,and it was SO DARK. No lights work out back..2 chairs rotted needs to be thrown out! Should leave a light on for guest check in.

Host was always very responsive. It was a nice stay.

I would add lighting to the driveway and gate. It was very dark.

"Nice place, well located for enjoying St Pete."

Location and ease of access. A fun place to stay.

Patio needs sprucing up. Gravel and plants will make a world of difference. Wi fi was spotty.
