We had a pleasant 5-night stay at this villa near Palermo. The location is peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to relax away from the city bustle. The lawn and garden area were very nice and offered beautiful views, which we enjoyed every day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having air conditioning in all rooms was a huge advantage during the hot weather. The bathrooms and toilets were spotless, and the same high standard of cleanliness applied throughout the entire house.

The main downside was the kitchen equipment. Previous guests appear to have mentioned this as well, but unfortunately the issue does not seem to have been addressed. The non-stick pots and pans have badly worn coatings and are no longer in good condition. There was also no cutting board or kitchen knife available for food preparation. For guests staying only a night or two this may not be a major issue, but for longer stays like ours (5 days), it makes self-catering quite difficult. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and invests in a better-equipped kitchen with decent utensils. Another drawback was the absence of a dishwasher.

House was very new and spacious, large rooms and excellent showers and bathrooms - aircon was excellent and the view from the garden of the surrounding hills was spectacular.

Kitchen was a bit under-equipped especially if you're thinking of cooking for a family and it could have done with a dishwasher. A gazebo in the garden and some more outdoor lighting and furniture would have definitely helped.

I can rest. The views was beautiful, was quiet and peaceful.

The way to get into the property. Was kind of difficult for me and I needed help local friend.
