The team managed to get the room ready for us 2 hours ahead of check-in time, which we appreciated!

The house was terribly difficult to locate at first, as the address on apple maps and google maps showed different locations. The village is VERY hilly and we could not drag our suitcases due to noise restrictions, so we had to carry 25kg bags uphill, which was painful. The Apple Maps address sent us to the back door of the house, so we had to do a huge loop to get to the front of the house, with all the baggage, because the back door could not be opened from inside the house to let my husband in, who was waiting at the back door. We wished someone had warned us about not being able to drag roller bags! This is Bukchon Summit - so the property is literally right at the top of the hill.

Nice and clean house

The address given was for the back door, which meant we had to walk around the whole property to get to the front door while carrying our bags. It was a bit tricky for us, especially since we had a lot of luggage. I think it would be better if the host could just give us the front door address and a link instead of the back door address. The place and access not suitable for families or group travel with luggages. The access to the property is hard and narrow.
