The location

The swimming pool location. Less privacy

The place was in great location and excellent satisfactory. Planning another trip for the same place. Good service of the cleaners. Really recommend for family stay and friends gathering. Admin please keep it up. We'll be back soon.

Nothing to say didn't like. Everything was perfect including customer service too. If feel upgrading only the swimming pool need to be a bit lower for small children's. Or you provide one for kids. Thank you

We like the house, with the pool . Total house service is good. We still considered booking next time. .

The cleanliness is a bit poor. The downstairs toilet clean is very poor. The urine stain is still there. Very smelly. We have to clean it before use.

the location is nice, You could see the ocean from the house. Very near to Ferringhi walk. Location is nice, you are away from the hustle and bustle. It's nice and quiet but also close to the noise(the attractions) The only nice thing about this place was the swimming pool and the backyard, that too they provided us 2 garden chairs which was wonky and had mold on it they had basketball and a pool table which were a nice touch if the place wasn't dirty.

We paid 1.4k for a night and we stayed a total of 2 nights. I assume with the price I paid, I would be getting a stay that meets the requirements of the said price. The cleanliness of this place was horrible. There were molds on the walls, the curtains, the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. The entire house reeks of mustiness, I had flu the entire time because of the mold. There was sand underneath the bed. We pushed the sofa in the living room and it had so much dirt underneath it. There was yellow stains on the pillow. The third floor family room, The single bed was hard as a brick, I had to add their spare bed on top of me to sleep better. The shower was adequate at its best, it's what you would expect out of a hotel room you pay 50 ringgit for, the bidet is made out of rubber pipe which was says it all about how they dont pay much attention to their customer's comfortableness. Tissue papers were not provided for all the bathrooms. Some of the walls were peeling I hope that they take this review seriously because I dont think this is how you would present a property for people to stay in.
