There is a bar just 20 meters away and it is blasting music. The building has zero isolation, the walls were vibrating due to high volume. It is not the hostel's mistake so I didn't decrease the note because of this reason. While this hostel is host of international visitors, they only have Malaysian mains socket. While I was expecting international type mains socket, I asked their help provide an adaptor but they even didn't have an adaptor. We had to look for a place to find an adaptor and wasted our time. This is the first time I have expected such problem. There is no staff at the facility so it was also not convenient to leave our luggage, check out time was 11:00
