Last minute availability - it was the only available apartment relatively close to a venue

The property is located in a rough part of town, and the apartment building itself is in poor condition—resembling something run-down, with broken tiles, chipped paint in the corridors, and limited lighting in common areas. Access requires climbing three narrow flights of stairs, which adds to the inconvenience. While the apartment was relatively clean, it had only two small windows, and the bedroom felt extremely cramped—essentially just a bed squeezed into a tight space. Unfortunately, this has been my most disappointing Airbnb experience to date. I would not recommend this listing.

The owner was very nice and helpful even though I was 30 mins late. Prices were the least expensive and area is easily accessible via metro.

The entrance / common parts were shit. In serious need of refurbishment. There was a note in which owner apologised for for the disastrous state of the entrance.

It is Ok for solo traveler for 1-2 night stay. Location is good cause close to Fira. The host was very helpful and friendly via the WhatsApp. She provided me with all local restaurants and shops and organized toilet repair. I would recommend Chinese restaurant. They are awesome!

The toilet was not working, the stairs on the 4th floor are very narrow and under construction. No elevator. In the night you hear your neighbors talking and walking. You need to get along with locals. You will see people of various layers of society. People are very nice at the streets around and poor, but at the night after 23-00 it is a little scary to walk down the streets.
