"Not again"

Location nice

Very dated. Very minimalistic. Echoed in the apt. Need repairs and some paint. A rug would be nice. Beds really bad.

"Exceptional"

The location was great, close to the beach. The pool was heated, very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella. 5min walk to Publix grocery store to stock the kitchen for our stay. Kids and adults both enjoyed!

"Book It Now!"

This is a great spot! Plenty of room in both bedrooms and great closet space. Being able to step out right onto the beach is fantastic along with having access to the pool, fitness center, and indoor gaming area. A 7-11 directly across the street and Walmart and Publix both extremely close by. The entire facility is extremely clean from the lobby to the halls to the elevators and the condo itself was spotless. Huge Shout Out to our Host Betty. She was Stellar. Very happy with our stay. We will be back in 2025/2026.

"Passable"

Was on the beach. Lots of towels provided.

Bathrooms were old, and desperately in need of upgrading. Furniture not very comfortable. Place was not very clean. So many things were not cleaned it's hard to list all. Patio door was really hard to open.

"Great family place to enjoy the beach."

What I like about the place was that it’s just walk from property to the beach. Cheap parking too.

Just there was not a lot store and restaurant to walk around the street.

Loved the location, and view from the room was incredible. Betty was awesome , and helped us a ton. We were able to check in early and check out late. Everything was great.

Good location right next to beach and with a pool. Rooms were comfortable and big

They charge $30 (non refundable) for a key fob which you need to access the pool, gym and entering building after 7pm

Close to the beach, fantastic view to the sea from the balcony, good communication with the owner, additionally I got a lot of trip advices from him.

Apartment urgently needs a renovation, Additional costs of 30EUR per day per couple from the building for pool and beach access.
