Fort Lauderdale Yacht and Beach Club 103

Nothing really. Poor location looking over a brightly lit parking lot and a small, dirty, wet patio area of 3'x7'. The pool was lame with no area to sit around and an old ugly fence around it.

The musty smell of mold and being so musty (upon arriving to the small unit) was horrible. It was mid January (not that cold in FL) and the AC never worked properly & NEVER cooled the small unit. The carpet in the bedroom was nasty and the subfloor beneath the carpet made noise as you walked on it. It seemed loose and not secured properly. Was like sleeping outside with the terrible blinds which offered zero darkness as the bright lights shined through the bedrm-was like sleeping outside. The fridge in the kitchen didnt work properly (not cold) and the 2nd tiny fridge randomly put in the dining area was no better. Freezer area of fridge filthy and brown. Nasty.

Value for the Money. Cleaning Fee and Damage Waiver over the top. Like staying at a hostel

A perfect vacation at Fort Lauderdale Central Beach. Close to the sea and access to a very nice garden. The property was very well kept. Communication with the rental team was always quick and responsive.
