We loved our stay at The Summit #803! Our space was very nice and modern. We loved the design and how nice it was! Perfect beach stay! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The apartment was very. A small smell in laundry room that did not flow over to the bedroom. I also noticed a smell in the living room. The neighboring room tenants smoked weed regularly. I would still suggest this room. Just bring a candle. The look of the rooms and decor was fantastic!! Great job on the remodel. Definitely a gem!!

The Summit needs to play catch up with the private owners that are thinking towards the future and updating the rooms because the outside will fool you. Enforcement of the nonsmoking rooms / balconies would be a good idea.
