Vorsicht, da werden sie betrogen!!!! Die Unterkunft ist als 3 Stern Resort bei BOOKING gelistet, der Standart entspricht jedoch in keinster Weise einem 3 Stern Resort. Das ist eine einfach Thai Unterkunft, welche maximal 1 Stern verdient, wenn überhaupt. Wir wurden komplett abgezockt und zahlten für eine Woche für 2 Zimmer über Fr. 2'000.-- Klar Angebot und Nachfrage bestimmt den Preis und es war PEAK Season. Aber wenn man ein 3 Stern Resort bucht zu einem 5 Stern Preis dann kann man auch eine 3 Stern Unterkunft erwarten und nicht ein einfaches Thai Hostel. Das Hotel und BOOKING weigert sich uns irgendeine Entschädigung zu zahlen, obwohl der Standard in keinester Weise einem 3 Stern Resort entspricht. Wir sind dann nach 1 Woche in ein anderes 3 Stern Resort umgezogen (ebenfalls noch PEAK Season) und bezahlten da Fr. 80.-- pro Bungalow. Und das war wirklich 3 Stern. Also ich kann nur empfehlen solche Betrüger nicht noch zu unterstützen mit einer Buchung!

Süsses kleines Resort, etwas abseits der Hauptstraße. Dementsprechend ist es sehr ruhig und entspannt. Es gibt einen schönen Pool und einen kleinen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt Das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich und hilft bei allen Fragen und Wünschen. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen

Purtroppo, non ci è piaciuto quasi nulla. Per oltre 150 euro a notte, ci è stato consegnato un bungalow lurido e fatiscente. Il divano aveva talmente tante macchie che non ci abbiamo poggiato nemmeno la valigia. Il bagno non solo era squallido, con una doccia dalla quale usciva un filo d'acqua a tratti tiepida a tratti fredda, ma non era possibile gettare la carta igienica nel water, e il cestino con la xarta igienica sporca veniva cambiato solo ogni 2 giorni. Con le temperature thailandesi vi lascio immaginare l'odore. L'hotel non è sul mare, bisogna percorrere una stradina bruttarella (2 ali di cemento) per raggiungere la spiaggia più vicina. La porta del bungalow non ha la serratura ma un lucchetto piuttosto scomodo. Ciliegina sulla torta, preparatevi a pagare in contanti altrimenti vi addebiteremo un 4% in più senza avvertirvi al momento della prenotazione, ma solo all'arrivo in struttura. Il peggior posto dove abbiamo soggiornato in oltre 10 anni di viaggi in Thailandia

Vyzdvihla bych přístup personálu - recepční byli moc milí, ochotní a velice přátelští k dětem. V bungalovu byly pohodlné postele a moderní klimatizační jednotka. Snídaně ok.

Některé vybavení staré, špatně udržované. V bazénu příliš mnoho chemie a filtrační jednotku volně postavenou venku na břehu jsem viděla poprvé. Nejsou k dispozici zvlášť ručníky do sprchy a k bazénu, ale každý host má jen jeden ručník. Cena neodpovídá kvalitě.

Koh Lanta is still relatively quiet and as such Peaceful Resort is following in that mode. It really is more a motel with a pool than a resort. The location worked for us but I would rent a scooter next time. Everything we needs we could walk to but a scooter would open up a good Gael more. This is not a plush resort, just a comfortable place to hang your hat.

May be time for some updates and remodel.

Location was perfect, in Long Beach. It had most amenities that one needs on holiday. They rent motor cycles and arrange tours. The reception is open until 22:00 hrs and the service was impeccable. We were able to reach most touristic places within 30 minutes from the resort on our Honda Wave. Compared to other Thai islands, Koh Lanta is almost traffic free and there were no ‘hooligan’ tourists to spoil one’s holiday. The Walking street night food market is close by. Special mention goes out to Saidah and Kud at the reception for their unwavering help and support throughout the stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them!

Beautiful rooms so clean and presented, 5 mins from beach .our telly wasn't working on arrival but it was fixed with no problem at all. They hired mopeds for us and all the staff are so lovely and helpful, we loved the place so much we are returning for 2 nights before we go back to uk, the wildlife is amazing
