We hadden een geweldige tijd! Het appartement was echt met alles voorzien voor wat je ook mocht nodig hebben tijdens je verblijf. Maria en haar zoon zijn geweldige lieve mensen, die overal aan hebben gedacht. Ze hebben veel aandacht geschonken aan ontbijt dat was zeer attent (want dat had niet gehoeven) daar waren we wel een paar dagen zoet mee. Het bed lag heerlijk, je komt echt tot rust. We kregen tips over de omgeving, de buurt is gezellig en makkelijk bereikbaar. Het zwembad werd dagelijks goed onderhouden en had de hele dag zon, de ligbedden lagen ook lekker. Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad, het voelde alsof we thuis waren, we hopen hier ooit nog een keer te verblijven.

Alles was goed het waren 2 fantastische weken. Nogmaals bedankt voor alles ❤️

Appartamento accogliente e confortevole, molto pulito, dotato di tutte le comodità e con una cucina molto attrezzata. Il parcheggio condominiale è ampio e di facile accesso. Abbiamo apprezzato la cura e i comfort extra (snack, acqua e caffè in omaggio) che Marìa e Ian, gentilissimi host, hanno predisposto.

Excelente lugar, ambiente y atención

1. Middle of Maspalomas (10 min walk to the beach or to Lidl and 4 mins to most bus stops). 2. Owner is good at communicating, easy to reach. 3. Checking in and out went with ease. 4. Apartment is fully equipped (+kitchen).

My stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the owner’s warmth and generosity made me feel instantly welcome. They had thoughtfully provided everything I could possibly need—coffee, tea, milk, a large bottle of water, and even a big fridge stocked with complimentary breakfast essentials like jam and butter. These small touches truly set this place apart. The location was unbeatable, with a convenient parking spot right in front of the apartment and restaurants and bars just across the street. The kitchen offered a lovely view out of the window, which made morning coffee even more enjoyable. The bathroom was exceptionally well-stocked, featuring everything from shower gel and shampoo to body lotion and even an iron. It felt like every detail had been carefully considered to make guests feel at home. This place is the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and charm. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I can’t wait to return!

Perfect for our trip. Everything is nearby and within walking distance. Good veggie tapas place just downstairs as well as take away pizza and other restaurants. Maria and her son were superb hosts and were super helpful and easy to contact.

Great apartment very close to the centre of Maspolomas. Super nice hosts who were easy to communicate with and were there to greet me with the keys on arrival. The apartment had everything I needed including a good coffee machine and a bottle of wine as a gift on arrival! Otherwise, super comfortable apartment which was very easy to stay in. Has access to a big communal pool too. Would be very happy to stay again.

For me, the shower is a little small but perfectly fine. And the interior of the building itself is rather dated.
