We had requested for the early check in. Host not only honoured our request but also provided us an upgrade. Host was already present at the apartment when we reached there. Host also helped us with the list of nearby amenities and facilities. Host always responded promptly and was helpful and courteous.

If cleaning was done more frequently, it would have been slightly better. But nonetheless it was a very pleasant sray

"Comfortable, fully furnished holiday apartment"

The 1BHK apartment is exactly as you see in the photos. Fully furnished house on the ground floor with sufficient storage space in the living area, bedroom and kitchen. The apartment includes amenities such as washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, utensils, plates and cutlery, geyser in both bathrooms — all of which was very useful since we had a longer stay. There's even a clothes line in the balcony. There are two TVs and you can login using your OTT service. The location is 3 mins walking from Benaulim beach, so it's convenient to hang out at the beach for your morning walk, breakfast at the shack, or enjoying an evening / night out at the 6-7 cafes on the beach. It's not so crowded like Baga, Calangute, and North Goa beaches, so it's pleasant and safe. The staff and cleaning crew are extremely courteous, professional and proactive with any help you need. Special mention to Mr Sarvesh for helping us with recommendations when needed. We would highly recommend this place if you want to get away from the crowd of North Goa and have a comfortable relaxed time in South Goa.

Two things that can be improved: the sofa-bed in the living room should be upgraded and the small window behind the bedroom cupboard should be covered as the sunlight gets through.

Everything was excellent, apartment is well furnished, everything is of good quality, staff is effective

only issue was some problem with closing the door and opening the Ac in the bedroom
