I like the home because have 2 rooms

I don't like because no free towel please nextime you put towel is used.

-Location in a very busy part of Davao, always easy to get a taxi for your daily transportation close to shopping malls, restaurants, super markets etc. -Safety of premises with 24/7 security available always friendly and willing to assist.

-Advance and better communication is highly required to get access to the appartment. -Flat was rather congested with over numbered furniture making it a heavily distracting environment to breath and even if it was two-bedroom space, it was difficult to find space for our stuff.

I like the location and the fact that the use of the community swimming pool is free.

I booked a different unit # but I was sent to room 4120. So my review is NOT for the one I booked but for the unit they gave me instead. The door knob of the front door is faulty. The owner said that it is safe but why would you not fix your door handle? Please see photos. When we arrived, the tiles were slimy, built up molds in the grout too, the toilet floor was slippery because of molds, toilet bowl was not clean, I had to call the staff to send someone to clean and gave instructions to bring cleaning materials and toilet brush. The rice cooker is faulty, I had to put paper/tissues or spoon to hold the "switch for warm/cook" so it will cook my rice my rice. Before we arrived, I rang the staff, to confirm if there was a drinking water in the unit. She said that the owner provides drinking water. When we arrived, there was a big bottle of water half full, but when I lift the top and the hose that goes with it, it was full of molds and very slimy. I was horrified that the owner will actually give/provide us a moldy water to drink. Also, there were no tea towel to dry the dishes, there was an over used moldy sponge for us to use to clean the dishes. Over all, the unit not maintained well. It is very ordinary, unclean and not worth for the price we pay. We expected a place that is top clean. Contrary to what is advertised, there was NO HOT SHOWER!!! The place is built just with an ordinary shower. The kettle top is also faulty. When we pour the hot water into our cup, the top cover also goes down with the water and it always ends up in our cup. By the way, I am not a solo traveler as stated in my profile. I travel with my family.

Very far from the city proper,but it is accessible to the schools.
