We went on motorcycles and did not like that we had to go 2.5 miles down a gravel road to get to cabin

Fantastic host!

Closer to 15 mins to the main road and the near immediately adjacent shops, where you can get nearly everything you need. If you want to cook in the very nice kitchen, I suggest stopping for groceries on the way in.. the nearby shops are limited and tourist expensive. Walmart & a local grocer are available, if you're coming from the south. I would recommend finding everything you would want (seasonally dependent) on your way in, so you can experience the calm, serene atmosphere. Fantastic night sky and dozens upon dozens of hundred deer.

This was an amazing cabin with plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy. There were plenty of kitchen gadgets and Jane even left a smore station. Close to town but stayed almost entire time at the cabin. Would rate this as exceptional in the way of cabin retreats.

This was the most amazing place I have rented. the cabin was perfect, the host was gracious, the cleaning staff was above par. We will be renting this slice of heaven every month. We had the perfect getaway and the cabin was close to town.

There was nothing that the host could have done to make this cabin and stay any better. The only downfall about the location is that the road is not paved. There was alot of dust. The cabin itself did not collect any dust as it was nestled perfectly off the road and the trees kept the dust down.
