At checking the staff wanted to upgrade our room but offer us a room next to the pool, which we declined (too noisy), they then gave us a private villa with private swimming pool and share hotspring with the next villa. Even if it rains the facilities and hotsprings are perfect

The bathrooms are communicating together with the neighbour villa. The people in the next villa were heavy smokers. When we came back from outside the maid forgot to close the door and all our room was smelling cold cigarette.

Facilities were fantastic and the staff were amazing , very welcoming , polite and attentive. Rooms were very clean and well presented

Es sehr ruhig gelegen.

Das Frühstück war nicht so lecker wie von mehreren Leuten beschrieben wurde.Ich habe schon bessere gehabt in Thailand.

施設も広くお部屋の前まで車で行けること。 温泉も良かった。 お部屋も広かった。1階のお部屋はベランダかお庭に出れたら最高。

受付の研修生がよくわからないまま先導してスパの受付になかなかたどりつけなかった。 でもなんの言葉もなく、ぐるぐると歩かされた。 聞いても答えない。いくら研修とはいえ施設内の案内は出来るようにしてほしいし、出来ないなら案内しないでほしい。 炎天下の中目的が何なのかもわからず、こちらです、こちらですはないでしょ。
