The Hotspring Beach Resort & Spa - SHA Extra Plus

Love this place...it is very special. good for rest and relaxation

I would like to have access to more drinking water, maybe some machines or a filter. Because the hot srpings are very dehydrating.

L'hôtel est splendide, c'est un Havre de paix le personnel est très agréable. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Tout était parfait.

L'hôtel est un petit peu éloigné mais nous avons loué des scooters via l'hôtel et nous avons donc pu visiter les alentours et faire nos activités.

Le cadre est incroyable, la chambre est bien mais tout ne fonctionne pas suivant la chambre. Tout est pensé dans le détail. Le petit déjeuner.

L'éloignement de tout. Les prix sont trop chers, on dirait qu'ils profitent du peu d'options que l'ont a. Mon fils a fait tomber son téléphone dans l'eau, on a demandé du riz, ils ont dit qu'il n'y en avait pas. Le service au restaurant de la plage est très lent. Après 1h30 pour un plat, on nous a dit qu'il faudrait du temps pour le dessert. J'ai demandé 2 jours de suite qu'on me réveille ça n'a pas été fait. Le petit déjeuner reçu pour les excursions est une blague. Un sandwich pain de mie, un cake banane et un petit jus. Le lendemain pareil mais j'ai eu un œuf en plus.

Zimmer sehr schön, Anlage schön.

Täglich kamen massenweise, primär Russen, mit Tagesticket angefahren um die Hotsprings, bzw. gesamte Hotelanlage zu benutzten. Dieser Zustand war inakzeptabel und zerstörte den ganzen Flair und Ruhe. Tagesgäste benahmen sich schlecht, laut, besitzergreifend. Als Hotelgast musst man schauen, dass man auch noch ein Liege bekommt. Fast ein Zirkus, furchtbar. Aus diesem Grund kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Zumindest sollte es einen Bereich geben, der nur für Hotelgäste reserviert ist, was nicht der Fall war.

Ne pas y être resté plus longtemps

Mooie groene locatie met loopbrug naar rustig strand. Aanwezigheid van hotspring en coolbad zijn ook als prettig ervaren.

Personeel in restaurants is voor Thaise begrippen erg onvriendelijk. Je vraagt je af waarom ze in de horeca werken.. Dus kom je voor fijn en vriendelijke mensen (waar wij o.a. voor naar Thailand reizen), kom dan niet naar deze plek. Verder was de laatste dag de hele kamer nat, vermoedelijk doordat de airco niet goed functioneerde. Het chloorgehalte in het zwembad is ook erg hoog. Kinderen hadden hierdoor last van rode vlekken.

The bedroom and shower were very good as was breakfast

We were on a package that included an evening meal. One of the options, a Thai restaurant was not available throughout our stay. On the second and third nights the only option was a very limited average buffet. The sun loungers were very uncomfortable and insufficient for the number of guests. There were only about 6 available on the beach and only a couple of umbrellas with no other shade or facilities for a drink or food. Generally the hotel was 3 star at best and needed some upgrades.

Hotellet er egentlig rigtig fint - god pool og fine værelser.

Det ligger ude i absolut ingenting så hvis man bare vil slappe af på hotellet og ikke lave andet er det helt perfekt. Der er 5 km til nærmeste by. Vi tog derind og lejede et par scootere så vi kom rundt i området. Fik også booket en tur til bamboo rafting osv. ved selv at ringe til selve firmaet. Personalet på hotellet var ikke behjælpelige med at booke det

The hotsprings and the pools (cold one and the normal one) were awesome! The beach is beautiful, clean water, nice cinematic walk to it. The room was spacious with the balcony and you could hear the sound of waves from it, the birds singing in the morning. I think the hotel and the area itself is a nice escape from the hustle.

Location - though the scenery is nice and beautiful and, on the one hand, it’s great! But - there’s literally nothing outside the hotel, so you’re kinda “trapped”. There are vending machines with overpriced drinks and snacks, 2 restaurants which had same menu in the evening… the hotel was full, but only a few tables taken for the evening service and it made sense - it wasn’t a good value for money… I think people just rent a car/bike and probably go far to dine or buy smth in the village with the only one time shuttle after lunch. Taxi service provided by the hotel is overpriced as well. The rooms are a bit outdated. People can buy a day pass to have access to the pool and some people come as a part of the tour package which makes it overcrowded during the day.
