Luxury 2 Bed - FREE Private Parking - Contractors

Due to needing to move out of our home temporarily due to an underground leak we came across this property which was listed on booking.com which looked lovely and met our requirements for pets/location while work was being completed on our home. From the moment we moved in Akshay has been an amazing help, he has been incredibly friendly and responsive whenever we have needed anything from small things like letting us know when the gardener would be coming over, checking in with us throughout the stay to see if there was anything we needed and helping us to extend the booking when the restoration works were taking longer than expected. I would also like to mention that the welcome pack that was provided on booking was amazing, it was detailed with many different things from how to use appliances, heating, doors and blinds within the house to transport options and nearby resturants, attractions, hospitals and pharmacies. Was one of the most detailed, well thought out welcome packs that I have seen on bookings and is perfect for people not from the area but also very useful for even people from within the area. The house itself is lovely, there is a good sized enclosed rear garden which is maintained regularly by the gardener. 2 allocated driveway spaces in front of the house for ease of parking. Throughout the house it is nicely decorated and there is a lot of home stuff provided right down to a clothes airer for drying which all makes it feel homeley while away from home. The location is perfect, nearby supermarkets within walking/driving distance and links to major areas/roads nearby. Based on our experience with Ohari Properties and Akshay in particular I would very much recommend them to anyone looking for short/long term stays and will keep an eye out for their properties when looking in the future too. Thank you Akshay for making us feel so welcome and seen during our stay 😄

Our stay overall has been fantastic as per the above however thinking really hard the only 2 improvements we could think of is - Mattresses are a bit springy but this could also be down to personal preference. - There are currently no blinds upstairs which with a window opposite the bathroom can be quite revealing to the neighbors. Therefore the property could be improved by having blinds on the windows upstairs.

We refused to stay in the air bnb place we had booked but luckily found this little gem last min. Booked and was in within half an hr !!! Nice and clean with all that we needed for a lovely stay. The commutation from the owner was outstanding!

Absolutely minor things really. Washing machine and line but no pegs Could do with net curtains or blinds as quite overlooked but other properties. Could have done with outside furniture too

everything was clean and exactly as the photos.
